I'd look around for an older Fox 40. The first gen ones were incredibly rigid. So much so that they designed more flex into them later on. Flex is good off road for tracking in roots and rock gardens, but for high speed on pavement or hard pack I'd prefer rigidity. That's the downfall of USD (Up Side Down) forks like that DNM. Even a high end Manitou Dorado USD is flexy. The DNM fork probably isn't going to have very good dampening characteristics or adjustability either. Look on Pinkbike's classifieds, I've picked up 4 Fox 40s over the past few years, all at great prices.
I ran across this one on E-bay the other day. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Fox-40-RC2...440197?hash=item4d68c85105:g:oM4AAOSwzXxaGZwN May want to inquire if the top crown is included since it isn't pictured. I've got one you could have for the cost of shipping if needed.
