Which grease is best for BBS02?

I have two types of grease:
1) Mobilgrease 28
2) Mobil Delo Heavy Duty Moly 3% EP 2

Which one should I be using to pack my BBS02? I've heard numerous people touting Mobil 28, but this video touts the use of Moly grease, so I wasn't sure which was best.
