Hello everyone,

I am restoring 2 EVT 168 scooters. One is brushed ( 2008) and the other brushless ( 2011 . The paintwork is done now and I now am working to the electronic cq electrical part of it .
Its winter in Holland and I have lots of time now I am retired.
Is there someone who has an electrical diagram with the used colours for all connections of the electrical parts of these two Boys or Girls :D :D

I don't know if there's any of the info you're after, but there are a number of threads about the EVT's here on ES.

A few are here:

If you can't find what you're looking for, you might try asking the people at Electric Motorsport. They used to be EVT 168 dealers back then. Not sure if anybody there dates back to that time.

I remember they changed the clock crystal on the controller (overclocked) to increase the speed limit on those.

Thanks a lot for your tips and trics !! Maybe still one of you has a complete electric diagram with the   used colours !!  8)

If you can't find any diagrams, it should be possible to figure out most of them with a voltmeter, etc.

I found a service manual:

These guys may have information also:

Thanks a lot for the new post !!
The main wiretree has a lot of different colours then the switches, brake lights and so on I do not know which colour belongs to the colour of the main wiretree. I have a resistance/volt meter and I have figured out some switches and so on . But I do not want to put 48 Volt on the system before I know that it is allright with the wirering !! I do not want any shorting before I know sure that the connections are right !! :D :D

Let me know if u had any luck
Saw YouTube where guy hooked up blue wire to 48v and it worked
Looks to me like blue wire hooks up to the 30v battery

I haven’t yet done anything yet

I have one lead and another lithium original
But probably replacing both with new…used lithiums

Let me know

Cheers
