It won't be downhill frame. I think that 2x 27,5" will be the best option.

What port of entry would that be? Who would handle breaking up the order and shipping to your door?
Port would be Long Beach, I'm looking into a shipping company and trying to determine cost to break up the order and ship them out. Also I have some friends in the area that I could stay at while doing this if needed.

If we could get at least 140 units ordered that would give us the best cost for shipping, around $1300.00 for the whole container. So $10.00 a bike, then shipping in the US via UPS or FedEx would be around $125 - $175 depending on location.

That is way cheaper than the amount I'm paying for my bike. Individual bike shipping is almost as much as a container, just not allowed to say the price.

One of the best things I had happen recently was riding slowly past a bunch of young teens and I heard one of them say to his mate.

"Cool bike. NOT!"

Made me smile despite that I was wet through from having got caught in the rain.

Ivy, I like the Black Frame with Green detailing very much. Personally I would prefer to see the "Frey" script in the same green colour, rather than introduce a third, Orange colour into the scheme.
I would still love to see the new Fatbike version in Black Frame with Red detailing, Red Anodised Triangle Cutout rims, and Red Anodised Stem spacers and Bar ends. The beauty of using Black and Red as a colour scheme is that not only does the standard bike look really smart, but you can also source a mass of accessories in Black and Red colour schemes. For instance, Roswheel offer all manner of bike bags in this colour scheme, as do many other manufactures.
If you don't eventually offer the black and red on the AM 1000 Fatbike, I would choose the Black and Green as my second choice!

My favourite Black and Red Fatbike colour scheme!

FAT AM1000 come out!
Recently we are having snow.
We take some photos and have a test ride outside. It is very stable and comfortable to ride it.
The color is a kind of grey, I think it looks good!

The AM 1000 Fatbike looks great, and I am looking forward to seeing the standard production specifications, pricing, and all the Factory Options, Sizes, and Colour Schemes that you plan to make available!
Then all we need is a Luna style of "Ludicrous" hot rod controller upgrade as an option, so we can pull 50 amps and 2,500w when required!

Does that fat bike use the same battery as the AM1000? What size is shown?

It looks like there's room for more battery. How about an optional triangle long range pack?

I hesitated to post this, but I think since Frey is following this thread, they should have this feedback.

I have been using EndLess-Sphere for quite a while, and have built a few Ebikes, and sold a couple to friends.
A friend just asked me which bike he should buy now for his first Ebike and I suggested the Frey AM1000 (the subject of this thread). He contacted Ivy at Frey and received a quote for the bike and shipping. He then sent another message (the same day) that he was ready to purchase and asked for the additional price of a second battery, Lyrik front shock upgrade and a couple of additional derailleur hangers so that he could place the order. He has never heard back, even after repeated attempts for over a week. This understandably made him nervous, and has now decided to buy a different bike from a dealer in the U.S. I am actually watching closely the thread about the new bike you are designing with the upcoming Bafang M600, and hope that you will take this post as constructive feedback to a company that I hope does well in this market.
I've also been in contact with Ivy recently, and share a similar experience. I first sent an email the 15. January 2018, and got a quick reply the very next day. I follwed up with some addtional questions the 25. january 2018, as I had decided to buy the bike. I have not received a reply yet. I have sent an additional email, asking for a reply, as perhaps the previous one somehow got lost. This is from emailing sales@freyebikes.com.

Could you please share the e-mail address you used to communicate with IVY at FREY. Thanks
I communicated through the Alibaba website using the 'Reply to Message' tab.
Perhaps this is the correct way to go about it?

Hi Daniel, Present AM1000 is also good enough and very reliable quality have been recognized by customers already. Please don't worry.
You can verify it by yourself after you receive it.

Hi Andy, we are planning to develop a internal battery, will check about the Bafang down tube firstly, to check whether it is valuable to use or not.

Frey: what do you plan to do about the internal battery? or are you planning to make it an external battery?

If it is internal, what battery pack / housing are you planning on using? is there a modular case available that will fit inside a frame? If yes, can you offer a link please?

Thanks

Andy Oudyn
Hey Frey eBikes, check out the review of the Turbo Levo. It shows how good a hidden battery can be.
