Will this BMS and Charger pair nicely for a 13s3p pack?

I would like to find a US supplier of BMS if possible, the shipping is rather long on this one and I don't see any from the US on ebay.

Charger = NO!!!! I have the identical charger and it's a lead acid charger. It charges at a cv of 56.6 although my bms will cutout around 54.4v...it's not good. Im using it because it works but it's not ideal.

Bms = Maybe. It doesn't have any balancing features and it looks only rated for 15amp discharge current...

You use the charger with a lead acid battery? The seller of the 48v 1000w front wheel kit I got says my pack needs to output 48v at least 12amp continuous.

I'm waiting to hear back if 12s3p, 13s3p, or 14s3p would be best for this motor.

It said it was for li ion but it's not really well suited for it. I think its a hacked charger since it doesn't drop current once it reaches 54.8v... Just go with a 13s configuration. I've got a 48v hub and 13s works perfect

I don't know if that first charger I linked will go up to 54.6 that 13*4.2 need for a full charge.

For the BMS you chose, I don't see any mention about a balance function in the specifications. Sometimes they will call it a balance BMS, but you want to see the balance current listed in the specs.

I bought this one last year. Haven't used it yet. I think it took weeks to arrive.
