We are currently looking for an experienced electronics and eBike technician, you will support our Boost electric bike and charging station product internationally, building relationships with local technicians, training them and helping debug and solve problems. You will travel to customer locations to assist during the launch process of a new bike sharing system as well as provide after sales support. In between field support mandates, you will work with the engineering team to build test rigs for different electrical boards as well as for electric bicycles. You will also develop tools and methods to improve the assembly of our products, both internally and with external partners. Ideally, you would already have some experience with bicycles, either professionally or as a hobbyist. If you don’t, any mechanical experience is a plus and we will train you on bicycle mechanics.
Experience and knowledge:
College degree (DEC) in electronics or equivalent experience;
Minimum 3 years of experience.
Bilingual French/English or Spanish/English;
Spanish a big plus.
Experience with circuit board soldering and surface mount (SMT) ;
Experience, interest and aptitude to maintain bikes;
Ability to resolve problems relating to system electronics and electromechanical components;
