can you help me with this? the arrow is on DV V .

Please go on the youtubes and watch some videos on beginner level electronics and multimeter use. Dont ask on a forum to expect people to type out a beginners guide to electronics for you. Put some effort in yourself first.

HI i always take responsability . before posting i read and watch video.
some info are absent even in an half an hour video.. so

I feel sad if you think that I dont do my homeworks. but i can tell you i did.. so I take care of my need for knowledge and solidarity by asking question. if you have a link that you know would help me feel free to paste it

Yes there are a lot of types and variations of the multimeter with many buttons that people after 20 years don't know what the button does. Good luck
