Help identifying pedalec bike

G'day,
I saw this:

And thought "cool looking bike, wonder who makes it?" There was no useful information in the article on it, so I was wonder if anybody else knew what it was. It's the green one at the beginning of the article.

I know I've seen that one before but can't remember the name. Somebody will know.

That's the E-Rocket... Designed by some guy in Germany..

I just happened to see another article on it, now being marketed as the Gulas Pi1S.
