Chalo
i don't usually count calories on fruits and veggies. But there are some with a lot of fat,
they do make corn oil and coconut oil, for example, so i had to look it up,
But, there does not seem to be much oil in an ear of corn. They must really squeeze hard to find it
.
Got 22 ounces from 3 ears, and froze it raw. Lasts up to 30 days raw.
.
So i'm doing an experiment, based on 4 months of learning about how the body works. Few agree, so it is easy to find an opposite opinion. But I'm using actual research studies that have proven to be correct, time and time again.
Goal is more energy to do things.
BACKROUND: i always eat 1st thing when i get up. But i get real tired an hour later.( Will do blood tests maybe in November). I suspect this fatigue may be caused by too much insulin, and that i may have insulin resistance, caused by fat accumulating in muscle cells, which fill up the cells, and don't let glucose in.
Could also be not enough insulin, and that i why i will need blood tests. Most Dr's don't know anything about this and just reach for drugs, which often make things worse, but can work wonders if insulin is low.
The body stores glycogen in the liver, it converts this to glucose (sugar) so there is plenty of energy available even before breakfast. This is a key fact that i did not know. So, i'm not starving myself if i do work on an empty stomach. Goal is to get low enough on glycogen that i burn some fat that may be trapped in muscle cells.
TODAYS TEST: So i did 1.5 hours work before breakfast, like riding my pedal bike, fixing the mower, climbing up in the attic. Felt good, better than usual, ate breakfast, did 1/2 hr kitchen stuff, and then i started to get tired, as usual. So i consider this test to be 100% successful. so 2 hours total feeling good(for a change)
TREATMENT: eat very low fat diet with no free oils or saturated fat, goal is to keep bloodstream low fat and keep fat from clogging up muscle cells, as they die and are replaced, or to burn up the fat doing exercise. It seems a faster pulse helps clear out the cells(exercise).
