In terms of the display, I was thinking of getting an eggrider v2 display, which is extremely small. And some even hide it under the seat post because, in all honesty, one does not need to look at it whilst on the trials.

Strava has three options on my phone: everyone, followers, only you. It used to have a separate option to get yourself of the list. And yes, there is an ebike setting, but also a rock climbing :wink:

I had anticipated presta, and was going to try to convert to tubeless, but had to order new stems. I will update if the conversion works once i get those. I could not find if anyone could do it and rims do not say if they are tubeless ready. I have successfully converted others (gorilla tape / valve / sealant) successfully. I will update on this.

I converted tires to tubeless using gorilla tape/valve/sealant - no issues so far - installed Vitoria Airliner in rear tire.
I just got rid of my throttle - almost never used it - it placed the level control annoyingly out of reach of my thumb - was always having to search for it at inopportune times. Removing the throttle puts the control right where it should be next to the grip - however, wish the up-down level control was a bit more tactile - doesn't always respond even when I feel it click with my thumb.
I didn't want hard-wired lights - figured if I needed them, it's easy enough to clamp on aftermarket lights. Didn't want to smash hard-wired lights the first time I crashed anyway.
I use a Magura Vyron wireless dropper to avoid hassle of running cables.

It is also heavy. we had to put my buddy's on his roof top Yakima, and it took both of us! With that said, the weight is not an issue when riding. It feels very solid and the motor counteracts the weight, but I would not want to drain the battery and pedal that home w/o a motor.
SUSPENSION:
The Lyric / Deluxe fork/shock setup is nice. Feels similar if not softer than my Fox 32 on my Evo. I was careful to set the sag at 25%/30% respectively and it performed well. I did come very close (1/4 inch) to bottoming out both on some drops, so may need to up the sag a bit or put in one of the Lyric tokens. Very plush and confidence inspiring, especially with the fat 2.8 tires. The headtube angle is quite slack, so, with the dropper down, and a very short stem, it is quite DH feeling, which again, with the 160 lyric / deluxe and fatty tires, aids the confidence.
BUILD:
My initial impressions on the build is good. one bike was in perfect shape, the other had a slightly bent out of true rear wheel and the derailler hanger was bent, so it looks like the box was dropped in shipment causing this. We ordered 2 extra hangers, so could fix it. The wheel is not bad, but will need to get trued. We ordered with the headlights wired. This is cool, but they are hardwired, no quick-connector and the mount to the handlebars is a cheap plastic clip that broke on one bike, and is sloppy on the other. we will be modifying this so it is more solidly mounted and more flush (not sticking up so high). It also came with a rear light. We didn't ask for this, but there it is.I usually use a flasher dot light below seat, but this light is pretty cool. it works as a brake light when headlights are lights are off (When the headlights turn on, via the light sensor or by use of control pad, the tail light is solid; no actuation with brakes). We checked torque on everything and it seems ok so far. The rear through axle handle wiggles a bit and makes noise. I can confirm the seat tube is now 31.6. Droppers can be internally routed, but it takes some work to thread the cable in the downtube then up the seat tube. We did it on 2 bikes, so definitely can be done. There are also in tube routing in the horizontal tube to route an external dropper cable. That would be much easier, but look less clean. The chainring is a 130 bcd. The stock chanring is a 44t NW steel ring. The cranks are too long. Hit on everything. I will have to get shorter ones.

USA CUSTOMS:
we were very concerned about the new 25% tariffs on ebikes. FREY PAID ALL CUSTOMS AND FEES. THE PRICE THEY GIVE YOU COVERS ALL CUSTOMS AND FEES. THIS IS ALL YOU PAY. This was a big deal for me. I was concerned that I would have to pay the 25% customs fees, but IVY was very good in assuring me FREY covers all of this, which they did. If you are like me and were holding off ordering due to fear of US customs / ebike tariffs, dont worry.

It might be a bit more power, but not drastically so. That is not a bad thing. I can use only throttle uphill with enough seed to jump (uphill)! Awesome feeling. It has plenty of power.

I cross threaded my rear through axle and screwed mine up. 8vy is sending a replacement, and I had an extra derailleur dropout. Hardcore mentioned this rear through axle. Fits perfect! $48
