Suzuki GSX-R e899 K2

I have only this very old one during building process:

Btw I have decided me now for my next controller:
Scott Drive‘s SD300

But I can order him earliest in October when motor manufacturer has finished their tests.

I will design now the swing arm of my own.
Start first by the extensions

Extensions are ready for transplantation ...

How much torque and power are you expecting to need longer extensions? They seem longer than a 400kW turbo Hayabusa needs... :shock:

Well the max wheel base is 12" over.
It´s also a little bit longer as a design issue!
I will never reach 400kW cause of battery pack size and weight!
Torque, I also don´t know that´s depending on transmission ratio but I think over 1000Nm could be possible at rear wheel. But I also don´t know how much Nm has a 400kW turbo hayabusa in 1st gear. They measure their 300-350Nm mostly in 5th or 6th gear on dyno.
And I have learned that the lengths of extension depends on the track conditions!
Slippery = shorter
Sticky = longer

Well, hopefully I got the swing arm (Phase 1) back in two weeks ...

There is so much space at left handle bar that I decided to mount a hydraulic clutch from Suzuki GSXR 1100 W model.

Got it in already and also out for next step (underbracing)

The chain adjuster are also ready.
Waiting now on a special holder for the rear suspension reservoir and for a clutch hydraulic reservoir cover then it can be colored.

Even to the point that you get boring ...

Blue clutch lever for 11W armature arrived and due to the fact that I plan in future to go over 100kW, I decided myself to order a second front brake disc.

Got a new blue colored voltage display. Should be able to show up to 999V!
First battery (23V) = ok,
second battery in series (6S+4S, 37V) = ok,
third battery (4S) in series with others = dark display :(

After short discussion we came to the point, that I will get a new one now (maybe in one month) ...

Beautiful bike!

Thanks macribs and Luke!
But it´s not yet finished because I want to lower also the seat position.
Here is my last sketch regarding a possible look.
At first I want to start by building a wood frame for the seat position and test it.
Well to be honest I use this motorcycle only for quatermile and normaly it should be possible to use a bicycle seat :lol: but I have to find the right solution/look not to destroy the overall design of the motorcycle!

Already starting to update die seat position (-4") ...
