I have been looking for a guide to the myriad connectors to be found and have come up bubkis.
Is there a good master guide
The sources catalogs assume you know what you are looking for and have to have things pulled up one by one from lists that can run to thousands.
I am missing something here
I am rewiring some bikes and this has become a big problem
Thanks
Sorry if I am being dense

I asked this question a long time ago and didn't really get any answers besides "military". Nearly all the signal connectors people use on ebikes are really bad.

mcmaster.com has some decent "mil spec" connectors under electrical and lighting > plugs and receptacles.

In general to find good connectors, you want to look at what people are using for stuff like motorsports and aerospace. Most of it is descended from military type connectors like the ones on mcmaster.

Appreciate the help
Every bike has has uses a different connector family and makes repair crazy
Mcmaster , Digikey, Hobbyking even Amazon have catalogs that assume you know the name of what you are looking for, and have great stock but are hard to search. Grin has a few packs

Best guide I have found is under Google search for RC Connectors and using the Images filter tab
and https://www.electricbike.com/connectors-halls-throttle-motor/
that Spinningmagnets created. (is SinningMagnets taken?)
