What ebrakes do you use?

I kept my Avid Juicy 3s and just added a magnetic switch to it like this one.

I used epoxy glue and they have been working fine even since.

These brakes are usually pretty bad, I've been using my original Shimano hydraulic brakes and added these switches:

Super simple :thumb:

Hmm good to know. Had been told bad things about the switches but if they work, can't argue!

I'll go for those unless anyone has other experience with dedicated e bike brakes?

Tektro auriga e-comp.. cheap, seems well built, and had crazy stopping power.

Now that i have a bike with 20" and 16" wheels, using basic 160mm mechanical discs. Stops like a train crash. Now the problem is how to improve tire grip so that the wheels can still grip on the 28% grade near my house.

Good times in small wheel land..

Magura MT5e with built in brake switch, quad piston dual caliper, flip flop design, easy to work with, reliable, good modulation, great breaking power, German engineered.
