I feel sorry for a 3220 motor now . and more sorry for cyclone

only thing I can:t work can"t out if can take 18s lipo ?

hi all I got new bearing for cyclone. 1680 watt gearbox now use all hybrid ceramic

it help to save wight . 8)


in a week I be able to use my mill I kill it this week lol need new brushes

I will install Ti shalf and all new ceramic bearings I wight stock vs mod

hi all I hope you are all well. Yes I have not stop try to get this ebike Done all year. :roll: I step . forward. and 3 back

I end up need make Tool after tool to solve things. I own a full work shop . from this ebike not cheap

I Made a Full titanium jack shalf tube it only one the world for this frame

I use a isis titanium. BB. from trial bike my guess I cut from stock. 500 gm to 700gm. in wight useing titanium

plus add 2 more bearing and repair gase oil from the ussr to hope repair the old 2 bearing I used it to costly 4 bearings cost me $200 for 4 of them

I need redone my big alloy rings for holding motor I try to weld it just crack on 6s

to shops

I look for get do very soon

I waiting for old isis cranks soon I cut them jackshaft

in end I will have make my own isis Ti end for chainwheels. not looking forward at this :cry:

Hi I Done A great deal work . wow all year not stop try get this dam bike work . I had make more tools for just a 1 off job , I know So Mary trade from this ebike . a lot of Fails


I can't UPLOAD PIC ANY MORE MY OS stop working

I Got my full 1 day work on aLL my bikes in 2 years dam they a alot brake to bleed :shock:
plus I crack a seat post when riding home lucky it did not go up my ass

I cut off this ebike about 2 Kgs in wight by use Ti ,. and bolts it all look Very nice now


I mill the water block for vesc this week

hi al I had not stop on bikes . 12hours day 6 a week

I was test Vesc 4. with new gearing

has I have Dave 40.1 gearbox with it ..less 10 km Vesc 4 now Dead on 12s with new gearing to make move faster


old was 42 teeth
38 teeth motor
13 to 32 t

new 37t
motor 34t
13to 32 t

hope a other Es member can help me fix it has not stock. rev look the vesc 4 do not like pull more then 50 amp .

Isn't the VESC4 only good for about 50A? I had a VESC6 running with a 20:1 gearbox on 12s, it lasted a whole battery pack before getting smoked on a hill climb and it's rated for 90A burst. You really want a lot of FETs on the controller.
 
My old vesc4 which not a stock layout is dead. It had great way for cool fets in 1Side plus heat sink

I luck to get a vesc 4 focbox Plus 1.5kg alloy plate has a heat sink

Wow is last 2 rides so far up 2km hill. 1500 watt min whole way I had to low my gearing at backwHeel from 32/12
To
28/11 and sill try low gearing
And hope to get
To 30teeth Motor chanring
35teeth Bike Chianring both are rare and costly chianrings in slianless steel

I add wight bY forks to bike not be able to pull forks off the ground.... Wow I sill did 13 pounds forks
Only with vesc4
I hate to see the new big vesc I getting what it will do.
Will noT need a c. a 3.0 with big vesc it can 1000amp spike

Hi all I try some thing crazy. That this time 24@ Deghill for 750 matters with focbox and 6t 3220 with Dave Gearbox 40.1 with in some crazy gear can Not could pedal. Or Think about try padeling

Shock I need smaller gear use 25teeth I think I can use like 20 more speed..

Or use deta when get big vesc soon


I have try to find new chian rings 30t hard find in Au

And Stainless Steel. I may try Ti rings cost is crazy.

Any way I do it in Au

If any know cheap steel 30t rings plz tell me thank you all

Just hope I can hold on next upgrade
20/30. I have thank sram make steel chanring.. Nowrow wide. 28/30/32 Cheap than Stainless Steel

Hi all got new rear Cass 11/23 its8speed only use 11/19and made new spider for 30/ 32 steel chianrings
It sould be good Norrow wide rings


Look like in 2 week I killed 2 chains. 1 rear Cass 11to 25

And 1 stainless steel roller..

Had made new one in Ti. Could get costly to run


Next would crmo steel roller


If no fast. Big vesc with fix that sets in detA mode

They grow in dark too. Once add leds inside rings


I sould cut 500 gm off last rings
It not cast this time

Plus I try water cool my pot. Not ez

Isis axle will too hard find a 5d water jet in au. I need wait 3 week to get ti bar

I starting agian whole axle and holder the way I want And need to be made right for gearing I want.. Use track cogs is cheapest in long run


I willfix fork I waiting for 3 years to in Ti end caps . No one is this crazy. To fix carbon down hill forks
I try made a alloy end cap one it was a fail. Fear glue will not hold it in long run.
Ti ez, to ano. I can't pick what colour. Any help

Hi all I got motor mount at last.... Only taken 2.years

Next part need made custom Ti freewheel and axle

Sill waiting ti and bearings
It crazy small for size balls bearing of my axle will 21 mm Wide.
I try find a standed bearing size and cheap
They 16$ each

Hope they give bearings give me 2000km for before I needing to Chage them

I will use 3 of them to replace Isis bearings which are bearing 20mm wide axle

Thank you more waiting. I will use a big vesc. It help save wight C. A 3.0 can go. Clean look

Next part it upgrade shock. If I can

Hi all look like I have my ti bar for axle I guess take 2weeks to get axle and freewheel track holders done.


Looks Like 3220 like pull 50 to 60amp with vesc 4 ,
With stand gearing
Can't wait try big vesc what a safe amps for a 3220 in deta

First time fear killing my motor.
300amp from a big vesc

Hi will start on Ti axle and freewheel holder.

Then I need to take my 3220 motor deta shalf size down to fit Dave Gear box.


I will have 2 big vesc to play with. 60v and 75v

My small focbox was fixed by a great Is member.

So it will reuse for the road.
Don't ride In the rain
To costly.

Hi all you can add dead big vesc 75volt to killed esc I had

Looks like a 3220 deta motor no joke.

Next try is with 60volt big vesc I hope it save the day

Vesc big only last 2 sic then big magic smoke
