I can start testing ebikes with big vesc

I got new gears Hope it will help to lower the noise in a mini cyclone motor.

Plus it help to take off wight.

Hi looks like i did a small walk of shame today

The chian crack in half at stop lights . I dont know what happen

It was costly . I buy more tools from a shop.

I try go to a moto shop but they did not have any tools ... To load


Looks like i try get smaller chianring

My mod one it a fail ... 63 t ..go back to 67t

Till i get 55t. Ring or 47t i fix up my leak oil now take apart whole ebike soon get last part done for green ebike this week

Hi all update

I change stock gears with 3d print gears
Seem to run fine my oil mod fialed.
I lost all my oil . Mess. I add new seal i hopeing this time it will work mod my motor mount

I sill need take off to fit alot better
When back 65t back wheel. Waiting for 55t ring

I will change over to big vesc i have a few now😎

Hi all last mod
Added vent hole other side motor . I guess 6c drop to 12c
I only did half the motor with verts
I not ez take your time other wise hit motor coils.

I was going to use a mill . But drill bits were ez and faster
Others can copy this work
Make my mount very good to stop oil

I try 30wight fork oil. 50m

3d print sun gear are louder then stock
.
I hope wear in time will help.

Sill save up vesc"s and new cyclone 4800 watt
Once i mod it i guess 6500watt

Ez and safe. .

C3000 dont care to much if i kill it. No one will buy mod motor no matter how ez you are on it.

I did Not get time to open it up . Cyclone gear box

I go back to stock sun gears any case less niose

I take pics later . I got clear sicon to add i sill oil leaking .

It not my shalf seal.

Hi all replaced sun gear fear were ture.
Back to stock sun gears .
If you pust it only use steel sun gears
Next alot will be tri-nite coating and cirramic coating all sun gears
Min cut down of heat is 20percent.

That mean more kms. Less waste

Hi all look all mods working
Oil is dam cool to stop nose . Like a hub motor now
Oil stop leaking but i cracked my motor mount
225ml of oil now near full 30wight fork oil
I try make a new one in time
Motor can is 35c cool



To test 14s or 16s betterys
Dont use bms no need if you got good gear

Hi all i get parts to make a set of 27.5 wheels

I waiting for rim 44.5 wide

Going from mtx 39 rims

Mean i can hope use 27.5x 3.0 tire and lose 500 to 800 gm a wheel from my 26" wheel

And more tires i can pick in 27.5x3.0

I hopeing they dont wipe all out to soon .

Hi all got a bit shock try to buy new parts from au bike shops .

I got alot my parts now save up to buy more tires 27.5"x3.0 or 2.8
Then upgrade is motor c4800 i will need the steel sun gears

Useless i 3d print some in Ti not cheap.


Got all my big vesc done for the time 😎

I make both new wheels 27.5" with 3" tires

And new cyclone 4800 watt motor will oder

Wiating for new solding iron
So i can fix my pcs and vesc

To be able flash them ez. .

New gearing and chian . On its way more speed

Hi all looks like none my things are ez.

Di2 gti1 no ez . In au

I waiting for shop tech books to help me how to make it work.. Nexus and alfine 8/11 are not same.
This frame use a dam big bearing great for load .

I reguesse real one. Only good thing it look like new. Plus a aft bath

Give 2 years more. Time. Save all money for fix a carbon frame now

Got new gearing agian. Small can go 25h# t47 back wheel
And drive side t 55. Cool thing sound like hub motor

With out make all costom sockets

I can change the alot for 35$ each time.

Hi all looks like ez way in au get battey pack . Fast
I have ti use ego tool back pack. Au $650 for set

7.5 ah not much . Plus fast changer is slow to me.

I change 2 time speed with lipo. For years no fire.
My lipo is 28 ah
Any one know better in au
