Hi all . More work geting done this week.

I fitting delta 3220 . That fan mod done to it.

The shalf is get cut down from 1/2 to 3/8 to fit dave gearbox .
I just hope my gearing is right . Other wise to slow or wheelie. Not fun.

Looks like can't use big vesc chageing delta mode yet

So no choise but to use a real deta motor

I hopeing in time they will frimware or software update to play with fleid waeking .

Hi All
All parts are made and fit ok .for test run
Need pick 40/1 or 20/1 gearset

I have a costom 28t freewheel i dont know if i use it
With 40/1

I think it to big for deta motor and 20/1 i have both gearsets

It will use some zip ties and tape job. First run

Not petty but working

Dont want rian will not test it
This bike had one harder i ever done the tools you need mind blowing . And odd

I sill make wire covers to hild wires .and water proofing

Hi all looks like i get very close to call it done

Motor mount all done . Useing deta motor with fan

I just need to work out what is best coating for less heat it help to repiar gears ..
Cirramic coating is close me shop . Or Ti firecoat half away around au. Melbour both costly

Dave looks like run away and dose not care about Es users any more .

You can"t get parts or help now atfer this long i got use try custom made parts 3 time before it works. By hand by my self
You never happy cnc is king
Ano ti to 23 volts

I just hope the cable tie can hold my ti pot . From moveing from chian

Hi all

Looks like good news can use reuse water bottel and most likely my old heatsink . Will fit inside

I may sill need to mill new heat sink.

For maxien heat . Tranfer

And water cooling i have space.

Hi all
I got a bit done this . Week

I had make new parts . My lucky i was able to reuse old motor mount my one 1 side that not cracked

Has a heat sink and place holder

It sill needs to be clean up and ano last step .

More waiting i need to mod this part more

It one most unez bike i have ever made.

I need to write a book how take it apart.

I need lower my gearing i know the tox will be crazy
I have right now 16t 1/8 surly cog
I have track cog from the 1950 its 15t very fat more 4.4mm i need to retherd it .
So close but to tight it will kill my ti cog holder if i try get it off

I have 12 t 1/8 track cog come be bit may low for chian could hit my cogs holder

Hi all i got alot done you cant tell

I made costom bolts and retherded track cogs made dropouts fit 27.5# wheel or 3.0tire
I fear break chian now
Kmc chian better make super strong chian
Other wise walk of shame i take all my chian breakers with me now
It need ano or nick plated or copper it all about heat

I ask prices in moring
updated Ano has to bee
Green/ black / red

I found trinite coating $ 87 for 11kg of steel

Hi all this been made for 3 time .
And 5 culors this made like a tank now

New rims and tires . And for Es dude who wants
Make mid 4500 watt copy me
Off set no need for chiain pullie

I am sill save up for new parts . All will have my bikes with di2 or wireless in the end

Battery is big key for up grades . I whiss us lucky i hope next few years we have some thing

Hi all done 2 mods this week

One this ebike now drill out alloy the ring holds lights to show my battery change in big ring

I use tri led lights. Blue / red/ green

I may use 1 colour for now

Red ez see in day light

Has my batterys are postcost very hight cost now it feel like more a ban In au soon

I feel they try to kill evs all over the world
