I dont know how to pull the rotor out of the stator. Took the top plate off, and loosen the bottom, but the magnets in the rotor are to strong to just pull out.
Any Idea what could be making this noise?

You need to remove retaining ring from motor shaft at the sun gear. Then remove sun gear and after that you're able to pry off the front cover. Back cover comes off just like that (no ring or gear to remove).
For retaining ring, you need retaining ring pliers; for sun gear a small gear puller.
For covers a sturdy knife around edge to make a small gap, later two larger flat head screwdrivers, on opposite sides.

If you're strong enough you can pull out the rotor with bare hands but to put it back you need some kind of jig or you'll lose fingers or damage magnets.

I had that clicking sound when the pas ring was in the way of the rotor (coaxial has it mounted internally. Open it up from the other side if you can check if some wire or object is in the way.

I did all but the last part. The rotor magnets are much to strong to pull the rotor out by hand...

I did it by locking rotor shaft to a small vise and then pulling stator with both hands, feet on the vise.
