Well... I start making the first batch of scooters "version 2.0 a"
If anyone is interested in this topic described a long way to creating a prototype and getting a tremendous amount of experience.
In this topic I will to describe move production and tests.

1. General information
-Maximum speed - 110km\h

2. Engine.
-Engine type-Motor-wheel, with integrated liquid cooling system.
-Two sets of hall sensors.

4. Suspension.

5. Frame.
With integrated liquid cooling system and concealed wiring. All structural elements have been designed to provide specified strength characteristics, with minimum weight, using computer simulation.

-Basic elements design - machined, aircraft-grade aluminum (D16T)
-Power of elements - titanium(OT4)
-Steering - carbon
-All movable elements are mounted bearings - SKF
-Bushings shock absorbers - kaprolon(polyamide-6)

6. Brake system. Own development. Specially designed for mountainous terrain and able to easily withstand any downhill.

Electronic brake - with brake force adjustment from a separate trigger.
7. Optics. Based on led (Cree CXA2540).

8. Control. Two, multi-functional, shockproof trigger under the thumb.
-The principle of the hall sensor

-Water protection class - IP54 (upgrade under development)
9. Battery charger. On the basis of the server power supply(flatpack2).
-Allows you to charge the scooter 0-100% in two hours, with an efficiency of 92%

Someone linked the other thread on Reddit and I binge read the whole thing for like 2 hours haha. I registered just to keep track.. Now I will have to be patient to see progress on 2.0!

It looks awesome, as always!

Just a suggestion: make sure you make some tests with your clamping system on the carbon rods. They usually don't really like to be compressed (they tend to delaminate after some time).

That thing will be insane, I can't wait to see the first CNC porn pics...
 
Maybe OP or someone could come up with a brand logo that would be placed where they red hydrant wheel is. CNC style. Prob something round since it is meant to turn.

Wow, this is amazing, scooter of my dreams. Honestly I would love to have one if you're making multiple, sign me up! If that's not possible, I would love to come visit you just for a chance to ride that thing, and maybe make a little video on it :)
 
I like the folding mechanism for the handlebars. Looks like that CNC machine is going to be busy for a while.

That would be quite a long distance trip just to ride that scooter...

At the moment, the situation is as follows. I am re-equipping my workshop to improve the quality of production and reduce the costs of products. I want to replace my CNC by the new one, more precise and efficient. It is also necessary to buy equipment to reduce the number of mediators. In parallel, the design team is engaged in the creation of a website with an interactive model of the scooter. We are also working on the logo and the brand name as a whole.
The site should be ready in a couple of months.
The first scooters would be ready by the end of the year. For now i have launched 4 units production and 2 of them have been already prepayed. RnD costs were very high because of small number of produced devices. Thats why for now i have calculated the price about $25.000 for the unit. But depending on the fact that I'm in a growth stage for now, i can lower the price to sell the last units with a good discount to continue research, development and to improve and expand. I'm ready to discuss the price around $19.000 in the case of 50% prepayment and $17.000 in a case of full payment now.
