I've got the short Miranda cranks (8mm offset) as well and they are a huge improvement. Better stance less Q-factor, better ground clearance, must have if your frame/heels will clear appropriately.

What's the difference between the Fat1000 and FF1? They have different rear suspension. Are they both in production?

Had an HT1000 in July, shipping by train is supposed to include duty etc. Mine arrived to my door around 4 weeks with no hassle or duty/VAT. Extreme packaging. WIll take you a while, but good. Maybe got lucky, who knows in the UK at the moment, by train, this first comes into EU in Poland and they have recently slapped a 80% anti-dumping duty on Chinese imported e-bikes, but how it's enforced is difficult to ascertain.

The seller has promised me a customs free shipping. Therefore it’s him who pays if something goes wrong. Alibaba has a buyer protection system so therefore I should be covered. Nevertheless I haven’t heard that anyone would have had their bike to be seized and charged with the 80% tax in Poland or in the whole EU.

This axle has a 1.5 mm thread pitch. I used this bolt on instead of the quick release:

If anyone is interested, I've found some inexpensive replacements for both 27.5x2.8 tyres and magura brake pads.

Pads are just as good as the maguras, tyres seem grippy from new. Runs about half the cost of replacing with OEMs

I got 1300k's on the originals with a 50/50 split of urban/trail.

Yes, stock rims, stock Maxxis tires. I used Gorilla tape and Stan's sealer. No problem.

wow now i'm not sure if i should order the AM1000 with a extra 21ah battery or the new Frey EX. What are the differences? Me and 2 friends was ready to order a am1000 each but now i kinda got confused wich one to choose
