"ScootBike"Build.

Updates...

Pilfered the cargo rack from StrongCommuter for ScootBike.
I think it looks good. Makes it look more like a cargo bike, less like a motorscooter.
ScootBike is 3-4" drop in comparison to the 20" shod Strong Commuter.

I am looking for part time work, and am considering using this stead for pizza delivery.
I have 2 battery boxes now that can hold just over 1kwh each of careful planned HK lipo.
So 1 charging @ the store 1 runin' the bike. 2kwh should be enough to cover my city.
Especially with a company like Domino's, that has 3 locations covering our city of 150 000.
So I might have a max run/return of 25km. Would work beautifully.
Do I wanna be a pizza boi tho? Times is tough & i need to swallow my pride sometimes.
Helps if you have a goal/plan to work for.
I have a dooosie. More on those watermelons later.

Stay tuned...

GETTING PAID to ride yer E-bike around = awesomeness. You should totally grow a moustache and make porno's from your pizza delivery exploits.

As an aside, in Australia, dominoes are actually in the process of replacing their entire fleet of delivery scooters with electric over the next 3 yrs. You're a man ahead of your time, Brentis, at least, by Australian standards, but that usually means 10 yrs behind the rest of the world..... But now I'm starting to talk crap....

Lovin' this build!

Wow time flies. Been several months since the last update.
I used the Hx3540 bike, for the beginning of the season, crashed a few times, one bad.
Warped rim, lacing & spokes. Was forced onto IR for a couple of months.
Got motivated in the last couple of days though, thanks to a new member rockin a modified Strong bike.
I couldn't get the scooters controller to work, so I sacrificed the Cylte 48v35amp controller to this bike.
Got it to run on the second wiring combo. :)

Did just over 40kph around the block, 4km.
Handled like a slow motorcycle
now I just need more VOLTZ muhahahahah.
Enjoy.
