Yet more Server Upgrades! October 29th at 00:30 PDT

The next set of upgrades will be pushed to the live server at 00:00 PDT on October 29th (Sunday at midnight PDT). Again, the board will be disabled for 2 hours at most at this time. This is the last update in the planned set of three, so expect a number of new features!

If you haven't already considered it, please, please make it mandatory for new users to fill in the location field when registering. This will avoid tons of problems and wasted post.

The update is going to be delayed a bit, as it seems pulling the backup off the server is taking a bit longer than expected. Please expect a board outage around 00:30 PDT, though it seems like we can expect the changes to be finished before 02:00 PDT as before!
