Can you also share photos of the gears inside? Is this a double reduction? Because it looks like there are gears on the left and right side of the center axle of the motor...?

Hello, currently I don't have the photos of the gears inside. The gear ration of this 10KW QS165 with gearbox is 1:2.37. There are two gears inside as you said.

Hello, the sprocket for the QS90 1KW motor is 428 14T sprokect. Is there no sprocket on the motor?

I realized an issue with the gearbox plug and vent, when used in a left side chain drive motorcycle that puts the vent on the bottom and the magnetic drain plug on top. I thought I could switch them but when I unscrewed them I see they are different sizes and threads.
Breather is M10 x 1.0 and the magnetic drain plug is M12 x 1.5 It would make sense to change them to the same size and thread in future versions of this motor so they can be switched for different motor orientation.

Another issue I found, I guess I should have looked more closely at the drawings because the space between the mounting holes and the raised ring on the housing is about 1.5mm which doesn't leave much material for bolt holes when making a bracket. Most of the other QS motors I've seen have much better mounting points.

Hello, yes, the breather screw and the drain plug couldn't exchanged. The best mounting way is always keeping the drain plug at the lowest. Will forward your suggestion to our engineer. Hope we will consider your suggestion in next generation motor.
