    This kind of controller doesn't require a break be plugged in to work does it? We found the pdf for the controller with the error codes. Apparently we are getting 3 + 5 error a phase not connected. So likely a fake anderson to real anderson issue or musical phase chairs needs to be played.

    They gotta bring up the disabilities angle. Part of the reason they say capable instead of must is/was to allow the disabled to use them. Thus the intention has always been for them to be self propelled.

    I couldn't get any of the 6 combinations to work. I switched to a SKU95 and that works no issues. Will have to look at that KU123 on a regular direct drive and see if it is a dud.

    No it's those of us realising what these yahoo's are doing will eventually lead to more restrictions on actual ebike possibly even requiring insurance. They are going to frock it up for everyone.

    yeah look to your S ratings for a true S1 500W S3 motor. That sucker isn't an S1 500W but more like a 3000W S1 as in it could easily handle 9000W at S3 without heating risk.

    Yeah I'll have to try other combinations. but now I'll have to find another bike to put it on the try as his 1000W dd motor came in and that's now on his bike. I just with I could find some documentation on these Ku123 controllers that don't have the red select wires.

    Nope it didn't "learn" anything. Still operates for a few seconds a noise errr and then no power until release of the throttle reapply. If I leave the greens connected it auto starts and if I touch the throttle it "STOPS" (BWAHAHAahahahahaaaa). It's also slow. I just don't get it. he swears...

    Brake lever cut off, but frankly the key switch and the throttle itself would satisfy this. I agree technical specs are what the law needs to be based no not looks, but frankly, the pedals were removed, which shows all the intent in the world and it being motorcycle grade manufacture (looks)...
