    Motorized bikes electric or gas are illegal in NJ also. If the model is on the state list you can register them, insure and dl license. Only "two wheel self balancing conveyance" are legal any place in NJ.

    Places that do sheet metal work will sell you scrap pieces of copper. Look for commercial roofing comanies. Plumbing supplies have copper strips with holes.

    We do appreciate the give and take we have had with GM on this forum. We realize some of the earlier complaints were by people buying from e bay and not from GM. Some for unrealistic shipping demands. Please don't judge all by the actions of a few. We would't judge GM by your short temper...

    Yes, the connector on e-bikekit is designed for 110V. It is the one part of my system that feels warm to touch after riding.

    Has anybody wound their motor with square silver wire?

    Automotive used oval heavy copper wire. If square had the advantage I'm sure they would have used that.
