    New battery won't charge all the way

    Dude just open up your pack and disconnect your cell sensing wire connector from the BMS and it will reset. Money says it will charge up to the correct value. This is only if the pack was charging up to the correct value to start with. If it never did that's another story. Good luck.

    Go with the K-weld they work great and the guy that designed it is solid. Got 2 of em. I use the lipo battery for power and get about 200 welds before having to recharge. Every weld is perfect.

    Battery AH is 3, yes 31 so I have tons of range. Probably going to replace BMS and see if that works. I had 60 trouble free miles on unit before this issue.
