A2B hybrid 26 .display will not turn on

hi everyone . recently replaced all batteries with new one . on start button on the battery pack illuminates but the display don't work . i cant start the bike .any idea what should i check or do ?

Firstly. LCDs generally work independently of the controller, since they're the switch to switch on the power to the controller, so if the LCD is completely dead, it normally means that the battery voltage isn't reaching to it.

Secondly, IIRC, A2B use CANbus comms, so not any battery will work. What battery did you use to replace the original one?

That's not much help. Is it an A2B battery?

I replaced the dead cells inside with Panasonic 3,4 Ah , but only 30 pcs .so now is 10,2 Ah instead of 9,5 Ah original one
