I have a accu 36v charger which is not working
I live in the Yamba area north coast NSW Australia
Could anyone recommend where I could get it looked at happy to send it to Brisbane
Or would it be possible to buy a generic charger that will work if I change over the connector
pics attached
I bought this bike 2nd hand as a project to setup for a tourer but need to sought this issue first
Thanks for any input

The charge plug looks pretty weird. Open the charger and look if there are more then two individual wires going into the cable. If there's only two - and + then you can get a universal 10S 36v charger off AliExpress, Amazon or wherever.

Judging from your photo of the ebike, that is almost certainly a proprietary battery, and that the charger display has a temperature LED feature (presumably reads a battery overtemp condition), and the several smaller contacts in the plug, a generic 2-wire charger (+ and -) wouldn't work.

You stated the charger is not working. What exactly is it doing? What are the LEDs showing? Might the issue be in the battery itself?
