Active balancer for Daly BMS?

Anyone knows if there is an active balancer for Daly BMSes? I mean the red type that has a passive balancing function. Do you guys know if there is an active compatible balancer for these ones? I would like to balance the next pack before I insert the balance wires but haven't found an active balancer compatible with this one yet.

I am also going to solder on the charging cables for Daly but i got a bit confused by the fact it has no C-cable attachment. So should the charging port be soldered onto both the main discharge wire negative and the main discharge negative positive? Or how are those two soldered on there? I have the wiring laid out here below but I am not sure how they mean. Do you split these two small charging cables or how are they soldered and connected to the rest of the system? Thanks
