Hello to all readers and contributors to this forum,
Have any of you ever successfully combined a Votol controller EM-30sp or an EM-50 with a BLDC gear motor BM1418ZXF? If so, I would be very grateful for some advice on configuration with the Votol EM V3 software.
I have been trying for many hours and attempts with all possible parameters and information from the internet to get this combination to work properly.
Sometimes it works better and sometimes worse. The motor usually starts well, but at slightly higher speeds there is increasing engine noise, which sometimes sounds like a major engine failure. Then the controller switches off with "overcurrent". After restarting, the same thing happens again.
The motor works perfectly with the cheap controller supplied.
But unfortunately without 3 speed levels, without recuperation and without any adjustment options.
Does anyone have experiences that we can exchange? Would you like to share with me?
Next I will try to combine the motor with a BAC-0501.
