Up for sale is a one of a kind custom-built eBike that uses a custom-built 100.8V 20Ah Lithium Polymer battery pack, a Yuyangking 150A motor controller, and a Cromotor 8000W hub motor. The parts are all mounted on a 19” 2019 Specialized Rockhopper frame with 29” Maxis tires using custom-designed 3D printed parts that are ABS and 100% infill. The bike has a top speed of around 60+ MPH with insane acceleration that wheelies very easily that I had to turn down the power so it doesn’t flip me off the back of the bike. Honestly, anything over 40mph is nuts. This bike has a really decent range of around 30 miles at a speed of 35mph and at around 30 mph, the range increases to around 35 miles and at 20 mph, the range is even better like 45+ miles. You could use this bike as a normal ebike at normal ebike speeds and get amazing ranges on it with just throttle only. With the power fully cranked out, this bike can put 15,000 watts through the motor in bursts and the power is insane.

The battery pack includes 6 4s 20,000mAH Hobbyking Lipo Batteries. The battery pack has a built-in ANT-BMS which you can use to control and monitor the battery via Bluetooth and takes care of the charging and balancing of the whole battery pack with your phone. The battery pack is quite new still and has low cycles and reports just a bit over 20 AH at full charge.

The controller is a 150A YuyangKing 100V eBike controller and is programmable via your phone using Bluetooth. Note, the black controller featured in the first picture is not included on the bike as I fried that controller and replaced it with a brand new controller of the same model. I will have to replace the mosfets in the black controller.

The brakes are 160mm stock Shimano disc brakes that work pretty well for this bike and the brake pads have been replaced recently and are still quite new.

There is a 3d printed box with all the wiring that flips open easily.

The bike has a key switch and will come included with two keys.

There are a few things to consider about this bike:

First, the chain is quite loose so it has a tendency to come off when going over bumps. It would be wise to use a chain tensioner or possibly use a slightly larger crank to have the chain tighter.

Secondly, the aluminum dropouts have been reinforced with steel dropout reinforcements but the epoxy I used hasn’t stuck as strongly as I would have liked and while everything holds together well and I have gone 60 mph with this current setup, it may be wise to design or find a better way to join the dropout reinforcements to the aluminum dropouts. The good news is the right dropout support has joined very well and it is only the left one that isn’t but that is something to consider. In my riding this bike for some 200 miles, I have not had a single problem with this at all and I used the fastest acceleration possible and had no problem so far.

If you ride the bike like a regular bike at regular eBike speeds 30 mph or less, the bike runs perfectly in this state and it is quite a nice way to get around and is a nice ride. It is just if you plan to go 45-60 all the time and insane acceleration that you are flipping wheelies, it would be wise to upgrade the dropout supports. The controller does allow you to limit the speed and acceleration so I have done that to keep the bike more safe.

You will need a 100.8V charger to charge the battery. I can sell you one for $50 extra.

Let me know if you got any questions on any aspect of the bike and if you are interested.

Here is how I got my listing price of $2500.
