ES user was selling long heatsinks last year for hub cooling, if they arent selling them anymore you could find smaller heatsinks on the Ali's because Im sure they have every shape and size imaginable. But try to get them to fit the curvature of the hub between the flanges for better heat management, then its only a matter of how to attach it. Metal flaked epoxy rated for the temp hubs get to could transfer the heat sufficiently. Real short sinks that fit the majority of the width between the flanges.

Look into Statorade for cooling.

If your still having problems then upgrading to a larger, more beefier, heavier motor might be what works for you. Instead of playing around with small mini motor 9C, step up to bigger Leaf, MXUS or QS.
