Hi, I have an Engwe C20 Pro. I changed the controller and display. I chose those from Engwe Engine X. and in addition, I also purchased an engine hall cable. I assembled everything. Now, the problem is that with the white cable inserted, the accelerator does not work well and the speedometer fluctuates. When I accelerate, the accelerator does not give full throttle. After accelerating briefly, it stops. I was wondering why this malfunction. Maybe I have to insert the white cable elsewhere. The original controller of the C20 Pro was different and already had the hall cable as in the photo. If I disconnect the white cable, everything works perfectly but the odometer doesn't work.

Do you have a link to the controller and display? My guess is that the speedometer needs to be configured through the display. If the speedometer is reading too high, it could be triggering a limit, causing the motor to cut power. Where are you inserting the white cable?
