a while ago i brought from ebay a sold as new 32ah 48v ln pack st £128,anyway long story short it lasted 2 weeks,i pulled it apart and it was a 3p 13s,totaly not 32ah,was 9 at most,anyone else had this?.

Happens all the time with cheap batteries. There's a number of threads and posts over the years about them if you poke around.
Happens with cells, too, for people building their own.
If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
If it seems small for the capacity, it probably isn't that capacity.

seems the same with solar panells,got one from aliexpress claimed 1kw@12v out,in reality it was about 150ma at 5v.
