FarDriver anoying binding issue

Hi everyone! I have two FarDriver BMS units, and to make any changes to them, I need to bind them. It was easy with one of them, but the other one seems to be bound to someone else already. No problem – I could probably contact that person if only I could “switch gears 20 times” or “press the brake” on my BMS!
Is there a way to force an unbind/rebind or at least display the current owner? I'm sure the app sends some API request; maybe someone knows which one so I can send it manually to get the owner credentials? I’ve seen some people simply recommend a new Bluetooth module, but in the case of this BMS, it’s built into the PCB.
Any help would be much appreciated!

I have the same problem with a controller. I bound it to my email with another phone and now when I don't have that phone anymore I can't bind it with the same email

1.Make sure the APP newer than 245
2. Power on and link the APP and controller.
3. Hold and release the brake switch for 20 times if it works the APP will ask you for release bound.
After confirm then you need wait for 30 mins or longer if everything goes well you can release it and bound a new phone again.
