Getting Jerk on acceleration,how to fix

I changed my e bike with new controller , everything is ok,but when I give accelerator it gives too much Jerk ,first time accelerator work good but giving accelerator and leaving it again giving accelerator gives Jerk. It happens in running motor time,help me fixing this issue. Video attached.

Is the 'Thunking' sound what you are talking about? Is this a geared motor? That sounds to me like the planetary is slipping. Possibly the keyway broken. Did you have the motor apart?
Wait ..........Are both axel nuts tight?

That's happens with specific controller, I have three different controller,no one has same problem.
