Gio Ultron controller help?

Can anyone make sense of what I'm seeing here? The company is NOT helpful.
Specially, I'd like to find the controller and derestrict the speed limiter. (60v600w limited to 32kmph)
ANY help would be appreciated, thank you!

This is your controller. It looks very similar to a Votol. It’s probably locked, so you need to consider replacing the controller with an unlocked one, get a compatible display, do some rewiring to get the ancillaries and new display to work, then configure the new controller so it works properly with your motor.
