Now im gonna start where APL has stopped and.....

First thread and im not coming empty hands , here is an awesome paper i found online donno if u know it or not, it describes all the nessessary ( how u spell this word 😂) calculations to build a very high efficiency AF motor, in the paper they tested the motor on dyno and efficiency exeeds 90% , which is very high for an air core motor, i have some concerns about the build in this paper like having 2 coils sandwich a Plastic sheet , which increase air gap distance requiring larger magnets💲💲, also the coils aren't neat enough also increases air gap also require larger magnets 💲💲💲💲💲, but i assume they built it only to explore the science, and save time consumed in casting resin and glass fiber or any other windings holding ways, after all nothing is completely perfect, anyway they did very good job no one can deny this , (((the paper in attachment)))

Now i have 3 problems preventing me from using this paper, first is i dont know my magnets magnetic flux density, second is i dont have gauss meter ( yet ) , third and most important, magnets are expensive and i cant afford buying magnets for a 20kw motor 😂😂😂😂 , and if i can i would buy the motor instead may be

So here is the deal , after having a good look at apl's, halbachhero's, and lebowski's builds , i admire them all but i like apl's the most, sorry guys dont take it personally 😬😬, he made its core laminated silicone steel core, i still have some little concerns about his design but as i said nothing is perfect, well that's a very long speech there sorry about that

Now im gonna start where APL has stopped and i need something like the paper in attachments to help designing the iron core AF motor, and may be as simple as the paper in attachments or simpler 🥺🥺🥺
