A Smarter Way to Charge: 20–50–80–100 Modes​

Most e-bike chargers push batteries to 100% every time — a habit that shortens battery lifespan and wastes energy. CyberPika’s Smart Charger introduces four intelligent modes that adapt to the rider’s routine:

● 20% (Shipping Mode): Safe battery level for transport and shipping.
● 50% (Storage Mode): Ideal for seasonal riders. Optimal charge level for long-term storage.
● 80% (Default - Daily Ride Mode): The optimal “everyday sweet spot” for maximum battery longevity.
● 100% (Adventure Mode): Full power for long trips and extended rides.

By following the “80 is the new 100” principle, riders can extend their battery’s lifespan by up to 3× and save hundreds of dollars in replacement costs.

The smart charger comes with 3a fast charging and is 30% smaller than regular charger, which potentially can cut charging time by half and makes it very travel-friendly. It is suitable for 36v, 48v, 52v batteries with connectors including DC, XLR and more to ensure wide compatibility.

I have a question.. on your website there's a link for an advanced charger and a smart charger. From my POV this looks like two different products..?

What's confusing is that the pages are so different, one has specs, the other doesn't, layout is totally different.
But they also have different prices. So it doesn't look like two pages for the same item

Can you clarify what the difference is?

Great question! The advanced charger is our 1st Gen GaN charger launched last year. It does not has adjustable charging modes (i.e., 80%, 100%, 50%, etc) and it is only for 48v batteries with DC connector. Otherwise, the size and weight are similar to the new smart charger. Hopefully this makes things a bit clearer
