I'm looking for a reputable battery builder near Los Angeles. I would like them to strip the cells from my e-bike battery housings so that I can ship the OEM housings and electronics (minus the lithium cells) back to New Zealand, and then have them rebuilt there.
Turns out it's practically impossible to ship large lithium batteries as an individual from the US to NZ.
