In the last few monts at work I tested many many batteries and once the cells finihed the testing programme, my boss was happy enough to give them to me. I want to build a 15s1p LG HG2 pack, but obvioulsy aside from the cells I need a few other bits.
I need some suggestions for BMS and charger. The Speedict Neptune 15 BMS looks good, but what about other ideas?

The BMS should ideally be able to:
*limit charge and discharge current
*be able to use up to 15s
*data aquisition is a bonus - on a phone app or onboard memory
Charger - I like this one if they can come up with one at 60-63VDC. It' won't be fast, but iff anything it's silent, so I can charge at the office in the openspace:
