I’m looking to outsource a build for a hyper scooter with 24s 22p pack using p60b cells, basically a 100+ ah 80+ v system. I don’t know how to get specific dimensions on these scooters and have no idea what platform I should even start with, been looking at the Langfeite Valkyrie GT2 RS, Teverun Fighter Supreme Ultra 7260R, Emove Roadster, and Dualtron X Limited, or whatever else may be out there. I really want these motors the main center of the build, (Sotion 10kW Axial Flux Hub Motors) if anyone knows where I can get help with these questions I would highly appreciate it if you could take the time and share info with me, thank you.
Oh, and yes, I would absolutely willing to look at DIY frame options as well, it’s just all I could find looked like, not the style I was looking for, lol

What sort of scooter are you riding now, power wise and all that?

I currently don’t have a scooter, I’m currently riding a SKP Magnetic R, 18s8p with p45b cells, 6485 173 kv motors, and Solo esc’s, had a Hoyt Dadbod as well, but destroyed it in a wreck, decided I wanted a scooter and eboard instead of two eboards.

What is wrong with a bike? It is much more capable and much safer at speed. Not to mention much cheaper with better parts support and more accessible maintenance options. Is it only the machine's appearance, or do you have practical considerations?

Well for one, I’ve ridden bikes my entire life, so I’m very traditional about that, and two, why not a motorcycle, why not a car, we can keep going and going with logic. It’s not so much about safety as it about having fun, lol

I don't feel like we should actively encourage unsafe projects on this forum. Those scooters already reach very dubious speeds as is; putting any more power into them isn't going to make them any better.

The "Dualtrox X limited" reportedly weighs 82.9kg. That's Surron Ultra territory. I don't think it's a very far stretch to notice that if you want (even) more performance out of your two-wheeler, at this point you should be looking at a motorcycle instead. Especially considering those scooters very likely aren't road legal anywhere, so I'm not even sure what the point of buying/building one is.

To be fair to OP, this is the electric-scooters-motorcycles Build sub-forum. And if he want to go total redBull, that's his call.
Interjections from cyclists who have never ridden a scooter would be quite meaningless, and out of place.

Back when this forum category was made, electric scooters had 250W motors and weighed closer to a human powered bicycle. The safety issues aren't hypotheticals, it's an extremely rapidly rising bar on the accident chart across the world, including many unfortunate fatalities. I'm not against crazy builds (or e-scooters themselves - as a happy owner of one), I just think the overall baseline safety guidelines should apply across all categories. At the end of the day, noone can stop the OP from building and riding anything they want, we can merely advise and share opinions.

I think this topic should actually be in the Stand-up EScooter subforum. Pretty sure escooter here refers to Vespa style mopeds. Then again, this is the build section. So.. 🤷‍♂️

Seems pretty ridiclious for a scooter. Thats like 100+lbs when said and done. It wouldnt' fit a scooter well at all. UNless it was massive and custom built. Why woudl you need or want 100Ah?

Would look at something like this with a battery that big. (extra drive wheels def not needed or practical).

Ah, thats why I didnt understand anything about what people were on about :)
There has been at least one guy building powerful stand up scooters in the stand up scooters subforum, it was some time ago.
I dont rememder the name unfortunately :(
He were milling his own parts, I think he was building his own motor and so on.

Or you have scooter dan (I think his name is) in this forum that is building the kind of scooters forcefed86 has in his post.

I don't know? But I have a little sports bike that has 200HP, I don't use it often, all that power, but I'm glad it's there. It makes passing a double trailer semi like passing a car. :p
What does that have to do with a heavy battey in a small EV? You can be crazy fast without a 120lb battery.

Put 500 gallons of fuel tank in an economy car and report back how much you appreciate the range.
No need, plenty of service stations here full of Gas and an eco car will go 500 miles on a tank. "Energy Density"
Were discussing the root problem with all e-mobility. OP obviously doesn't need the big battery if he just wants to go around the block a few times at 50mph, but perhaps he wants to cross a few suburbs, then get home again? I have a couple of HPI Vorza R/C buggies here, they'll do 50mph too, but only for 10 or 15 minutes.

As far as EV is concerned, Everyone's crying for the moon, and the moon it seems won't have them.

Yea guess I was thinking practicality and speed/fun over long range travel. Not many traveling cross country on a stand up scooter... I like to make them lightweight adn easy to transport. But to each his own. Will be a fun project either way.
