PHASE and Hall Sensors

You can use house alarm cable for hall sensors because they only carry small signal currents.

Phase wiring size is dependant upon the motor phase current which is dependant upon the motor, controller and battery specifications.

So nobody can answer that question without knowing what motor, controller and battery you have.

Ok, sorry
My ebike spec:
Motor 2000W hub
Batteries 2x48V 17.5aH in parallel with the 30Amps each BMS
Controller 45Amps max current set for 25Amps at the moment.
Thanks
Is 10AWG wire with XT150 connectors are good enough?

I found this chart which only goes up to 1500 watts, and it doesn’t state whether the cable is ptfe or not. Realistically you can only go so big otherwise the wires won’t fit into the motor.

I reckon that 10swg ptfe coated wire will do the job and good quality XT150 connectors should also cope, they can take 8 swg wire
