Phaserunner Fault Code 6-1

I have a new All Axle set up and noticed that I am getting the 6-1 fault code flashing. When I plug in my programming cable there is a message under faults and warnings that says "Warnings [8]: max regen voltage rollback"

I was told that regen braking doesn't kick in until the battery reaches about 80% charge. I am still above 80% right now. Is this the reason for the code?

Do you have a 52v nominal battery?

How many amp hours is it and what cell does it have?

Specifcally when does this occur, after what specific operation or ride conditions / actions?

Knowing what triggers it may help figure out why it's happening.

For instance, on my GMAC / PRv6, I got controller shutdown and a blink code (don't recall which one) every time I went up (south) the bridge over the canal at the south exit of Metrocenter, where I have to go full-output to get out of the way of traffic as quickly as possible so the controller and motor are under high load, when crossing the >1"-2" drop across bridge segments (expansion joint).

The exact details of why it is a problem for the controller I don't know exactly, but it was probably caused by the motor spinning up rapidly during the drop (very tiny timespan offground) then suddenly re-loading and dropping in speed as it hits the ground again on the lower part of the drop. It never happened going north crossing the same joint, even if i forced full power just before the joint to create similar (but not identical) conditions, because the wheel never comes off the ground going up the joint. (it would also happen where the pavement changes from smooth to the deep holes in the asphalt covering the bridge concrete).

I also had an error code powering up the system under specific conditions.

But knowing the conditions under which it happened let me figure out after some experimentation that I couldn't correct the problem, and went with a DD hubmotor (as a test at first) that I already had, instead of the GMAC, and that worked just fine, no errors (has now worked for over a year with no changes other than re-autotuning for the new motor). Even the powerup error stopped, leading me to the broad (and possibly incorrect) conclusion that there is something specific about the GMAC vs my system that causes both--I'd already eliminated loose connections, shorts, etc..

There probably is a setting that would fix my issue but I didn't find it at the time.

EDIT: I think this post has the error/etc if you're curious
