Greetings,
I picked up a used XLD Brainpower motor controller, item No: LMD87. 48/60v, 1kw, 38A, 120/60 angle

I need to find a pinout to know what all the other wires are, I can't find one searching google/duckduck.
the output power connection is just three screws for lugs, how do I know which is Yellow Green Blue? I can get the power input cover off easily, the phase wire connection cover is difficult but it came off, there's no markings under or on the terminals.

Is this device compatible with a S830 display?

What does the label marking that says Degree Brake : low indicate?

Thanks in advance.

Does your motor have hall sensors? If not, the order should not matter. If the wheel ends up spinning backwards, swap any two of the wires and it should reverse direction.

I'm thinking that would be a brake cut-off switch. That would connect to a compatible brake lever and cut the motor power when the lever is pulled when riding.

My guess is as good as your's. I would lean towards it not being compatible however.

Also, could you show the rest of the wire harness? It might be easier to decode what each wire does based on how many are in a single connector.

Thank you for the reply, I've put a large image of the wiring harness below

Yes it does, attached is a image of the motor, it's an unbranded geared hub motor, 250-1000w. Last time I put a random controller on it was spinning backwards, I swapped green and blue and got a bit of a POP.... and magic smoke from that controller... ( I buy them used to play with and learn so I don't toast an expensive one)

Here's an image of the controller and wire harness, it appears to me that the 2x6 plug on the right is throttle control.

I have the 60/72v version of this thing, I used the picture description from this amazon listing. I can't help with the brake or display, never tried either.

That might mean regen, since there are the other high/low brake inputs.
