Senior Engineering Project - E-Trike - suggestions welcome!

HI DIVER: I just re-read simple's post about his trike and i don't know if it's finished yet because he hasen't posted in a long time.Anyway if your are still looking for a rear trunk go to (A-1 MOTORCYCLE LUGGAGE) Thay have nice stuff i bought 2 trunks from them and thay are good to deal with. Soon i will be able to post pictures of my 2 SCHWINN MERIDIAN TRIKES, your going to like them.

Sorry I haven't posted anything... The trike is finished as it's going to get I think. My wife was riding it to work this summer and with her reduced weight she was getting almost 1000mpg outlet-to-road efficiency!! Cold weather is here though, so it won't get much use for a while.

Fun project, got me an A in my senior design class and I even got to keep the bike (it was my student loan money that paid for it anyways).

HI SIMPLE CJ:Sorry that i haven't put any pictures of my 2 SCHEINN MERIDIAN TRIKES yet ,i still don't know how yet but i will learn someday. I also started another project on making a trike out of my new vectrix scooter,then i hurt my back and i have not been able to do anything to any of my projects,it's not so easey when you get 66 yrs old. I will be back in action soon. BTW it's good to hear from you.

OK, by me. I had a look and ended up disappointed because the original poster jumps in, gets his help and then disappears without ever showing the results. Very rude!

So, BLUESTREAK, did you ever get your pics up. If not I am very anxious to see in detail, both your and your wife's bike. My un-moded Meridian is fine for 15-20 miles, but beyond that it's a pain in a lot of places.
