Votol EM-100 & EM-150 controllers

Good Morning All. I have a votol EM-260SP, it only shows EM-260S on the plastic, and after trying a small change in the programming, after turning the bike off and then back on, it no longer functions. The red light on the controller stays on all the time and there are no longer any gears shown on my display and nothing when I turn the throttle. When I connect my laptop and open the software there is no voltage showing on the display screen.

Hi Maincraft. Have you seen the red light on the controller remaining on permanently before. Once I have entered the advanced interface what would I change to fix the red light / no operation problem?
