Where do I meet my future ebike nerd wife?

"What’s an e-bike woman’s favorite kind of relationship?"
One with a lot of ‘positive connections’

See I don't want a relationship where I watch my partner suffer unknowingly watching screens all day and coming home to be annoyed that I'm working on some e-projects. <snip>
Fortunately the issue isn't at all binary as you seem to suggest. Finding someone who shares your bike or ebike enthusiasm should, IMO, be less of a priority than just making sure to find a someone that enjoys physical activity a lot as well. @neptronix 's outline about compatibility and traits for relationships that work is a reasonable description of what I've observed actually working.

Yes. I'm not really that into the idea of an ebike nerd as a partner.. but I thought I'd mention it... There are a million things I look for...

by the way, my grandpa used to live in fountain hills.. I visited there recently to sell some furniture at a resale shop. Seems like a great place to go fast, nice clean roads. I never understood that fountain there. Seems kind of silly to me. what are you doing there?

Retired. I mostly play table tennis, ride bikes, work on bikes and have fun with 3D printing (retired 3D animator). My wife of 25 years and partner of over 35 years doesn't bike at all. Though she does play table tennis.

The hills make recreational riding moderately challenging and a real pain during the summer for utilitarian riding. I ride ebikes for utility and regular bikes for fun and fitness.

The Fountain was/is a gimmick put in by the original developer. He was the same guy who shipped the London Bridge to Lake Havasu and had it re-constructed there.

Watch what you wish for !!
I had an old friend she was 6 years younger than me when I was 21. She fish she played golf she surf.
Her husband never beat her in a golf game. When a boat was going out they would invite her and not him even though he worked in the harbor. She loved catching thresher sharks.
The bad part shoot brag about her golf and brag about her fishing in the bar afterwards her poor husband had no place to hide. Plus he was head of maintenance at harbor West here and they would always bring it up the next day. He had nowhere to hide.
Now he brag about it now but at the time he just shrunk in the corner..
I guess you get the pedago (18mph ) and she gets the x bike ( 46mph ).
She'll be waiting at the top of the hill for you.

How about just spending an afternoon in a park next to a busy bike lane ? Bring a few tools and wait for the first bike to break down, than offer your sympathetic help. Not guaranteed to work, but it can be a pretty good start!
