I don't know if this is the place for this but I did have a front suspension rack but switched the aluminum forks for steel ones so now am looking for an inexpensive front rack that goes in the bottom eyelets and thru the hole in the front fork. The ones I do find are really expensive. I want to put panniers on them so it'd need to be full size type. Thanks.

My new steel forks aren't suspension; when I attached the old rack there was vibration and it never was very strong, just only option for suspension fork.

There's a number of options that come up in a quick search on google, but I don't know which one would be best for you. This one

looks good; it's sides would help keep panniers from catching in the wheel, as long as they don't stick out too far at the bottom corners/wiggle around down there. But it doesn't directly eyelet mount--it mounts to the fork legs.

There's others under these searches that might be useful, but you'd have to look at each one (I don't have experience with them, as I gave up on commercial ones and began building my own a while back).

I thought finding a cheap front rack would've been easy but with the extra height from the e-bike rim along with 38 tires, oh and I have a cree front light that has 2 p clamps to attach it so the front of the rack needs to be a bar and a lot are solid across.)
Considering I'm looking at spending at least $50 I'd rather take my stock rear rack and put it on the front, do you have any ideas on how to convert that easily? I can't see it right now but I think the rack is a blackburn mtn.IMG_0085.JPG Here's how one person did it,View attachment 1 do you think that'd be best, or have other idea? If I can use that rear rack up front then I can use the extra money to invest in a heavier duty rack.
The only front rack I've found that'd fit my bike and in my price range is a blackburn new old stock on eBay, but even that is $50.blackburn front rack.jpg
