Hi all I recently pulled apart my EnerTrac motor to replace the bearings, which had developed a grumbling. I had a symptom of vibrations that could be felt in the pegs after about 30mph to about 40 then from 55mph onwards. The vibration felt like a resonance. UelJ_UatCQk After pulling apart...

All the cells are clamped together so hard to see which is puffed without dismantling the pack. In the end I scrapped all the cells (££) not worth the risk.

Unfortunately not, they are out of a Nissan leaf and the datasheet is not publicly available

Thanks all Some cells are at 2+ volts, and I suspect those would be OK. Most of the other are at 0.4-0.6volts (due to the way the balancer draws its power) its a bit of a pain! I may drag it out of the garage, to somehwere more safe and see how it goes. Some interesting reading here...

So far, its still going well! The fan is really really noisy, and even when its 5degrees C, seems to ramp up quickly. I max it out at 25 amps @ 100v (240V input) without any issues.

HI all I have a Vectrix VX1 with second gen Nissan leaf cells. Unfortunately, the BMS froze and dragged them down to a very low voltage (pack measures at 40 volts now instead of 150 volts). I can revive these batteries by slowly charging cells groups at 500ma and monitoring the voltage...

Yes, you need to set your min voltage setting higher on the controller.

An update. I did not swap any of the hall wires when I did the phase wire testing. Fany has indicated I should do this as well. When my mental health allows, I will try this.

I agree completely. If I set 100% it should allow the maximum rated current of the controller...... not blow up at 65%
