Yeah I got some better forks, find my build thread. The head tube on my new forks is like 9.5 inches and it is still about 1/4 inch too short, I am going to tear it down and cut off 1/4 inch from the frame. I am still waiting for my batteries :( but it is winter so I haven't even ridden except once.

Right now I am waiting for a piece to convert to right side drive, going to try a SA 3spd. I thought for sure I was just going to do the left hand drive but it was turning out to be not as advantageous as doing right and being able to put 3 speeds on it. And the battery pack is not built yet...

I am working out a right side dual drive to a nexus 3 speed hub (or some other 3 speed hub) and I have not seen it so I thought I would ask. Can I use a 3 speed front derailleur trigger shifter to change gears on the nexus 3 speed? Like this one...
